Where would you holiday if you won the lotto?

Ultimate Luxury Holiday Dream Destinations, Part 1.
Where do millionaires, squillionaires and the rich & famous go to get away? And where would you go if you were one of them?
My number 1 pick for a scandalously luxurious getaway is:
Conrad Maldives Rangali Island (formerly Hilton Maldives Resort)
From around $1500 USD a night for a King Deluxe Water Villa, it's not uber-expensive compared to the other luxury getaways I will be showcasing but the photos alone make me salivate on my keyboard and want to go Anna Nicole on a rich old man. So, what does $1500 get you? It gets you:
A 115sqm villa over the water
Distance from the paparazzi (the resort is on a private island)
A lady in white bathers holding a pink sari (alternately, for those so inclined, a buff man in a hat)
Access to a private coral atoll
A 24 hour butler
A view worth a million bucks
Sunsets over the Indian Ocean
You can eat here
And drink here (personally this wine stash appeals to me more than anything!)
And - most importantly - you can have bragging rights when you send these pictures to your mates:
To book: Really Long Link
Current special: Book six nights, get one free. Woot!
Special conditions: you have to take me with you.
So.... where would you go for a holiday if expense was not an issue?

If money wasn't an issue I would get a RTW fare and stop at:
Japan (and do Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, Osaka, Sapporo and a few other off-the-beaten-track places),
Tahiti (never been there before),
San Francisco & The Bay Area, New York City (never been there before),
Stockholm, Copenhagen & Aarhus (never been to Scandinavia b4),
Barcelona,
Santorini and some other Greek islands I haven't been to before,
Egypt (never been),
and finish with somewhere really nice in India (never been).
I would stay at postmodern hotels, no matter what the price is. Sigh...
Hehe, thanks for reminding me to dream...
